- How does Zenhire differentiate from their competitors?
There is little direct competition between Zenhire and other process automation providers. In fact, our core operating system compliments many other software applications, but our leading technology features Applicant Triage™ ... a function unmatched in the industry today.
- What is Applicant Triage (Powered by Thematix™)?
Applicant Triage is a universal search mechanism that enables you to query by resumes, job requisitions, forms and keywords to qualify your search.
- What is Thematix and how is it different from other concept search softwares?
Thematix is a patent pending natural language processing software originally developed for and used by US Government intelligent Agencies.
Unlike recall measures that only tell you how much relevant information was returned, Thematix measures precisely how much of the returned information is relevant against the total amount of information returned.

Compatibility

- Is this a software package that needs to be integrated?
No. Zenhire's online technology solution requires an Internet connection and a browser-that's it. No additional investment in hardware or software is needed. Zenhire's ASP model can scale to customer needs as their business volume changes.
- Do I have to change my internal processes to adapt to the way Zenhire works?
No. Zenhire's workflow directly maps to the internal process of the recruiting and staffing function. And Zenhire can easily augment existing HRIS systems (industry standard or proprietary), saving time and adding value with the Applicant Triage technology.
- How do resumes integrate into the Zenhire solution?
Databases that store resumes (from job boards, external agencies, submitted directly to your organization, or containing the resumes of your current employees) can be easily uploaded.
- What if a resume is mailed in how would it get integrated into our database?
It's simple: Just scan, save and upload.
- What job boards can be posted and sourced from?

- Does the Zenhire search integrate with single sign on security systems?
No, not currently, but it is planned for inclusion in a future release.
- Is the Zenhire system Mac compatible?
Yes. All you need is an internet connection and a web browser.
- Does Zenhire integrate with corporate portal systems?
Yes, through our Career Site Hosting solutions.
- Is the Zenhire search available internationally?
Yes. At this time, English is the only language available. Contact us via our request information form, and be sure to list the location where you would like to deploy access.

- How did Zenhire develop the workflow and process?
The team at Zenhire collectively has over 15 years experience in software applications, technology development, and recruitment services. We worked closely with early adopters, to repeatedly test and validate process and functionality. In addition, Zenhire has an HR advisory panel comprised of industry experts and customers.
- How much does the service cost and what are the upfront fees?
Suite pricing is customized to our client's solutions and varying needs. There are no implementation fees for ASP Zenhire suite.
- If I have an existing relationship with a vendor can they be integrated?

- If we were to end our relationship with Zenhire, do we get our database returned and if so, how?
