Robert H. Fritzinger, Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder
Mr. Fritzinger brings over 17 years of entrepreneurial leadership to Zenhire. As the co-founder, Exec VP, and CTO of Voice Technologies Group, the innovative supplier of PBX connectivity components, Bob was instrumental in growing VTG from a start-up with a single product concept to a leading provider of voice-to-data convergence equipment. During his 11 year career with VTG, Bob contributed to every element of the company's growth and success, including co-inventing the Company's VoiceBridge PBX product lines (he's authored six patents-held and in-process), strategic planning that resulted in repositioning the company into the convergence equipment space, leading the sale of VTG to Intel Corporation in February 2000, and then managing the successful integration of VTG with Intel's Dialogic Division. Later, he founded Microlanguage, a small, highly specialized software boutique focused on functionalizing and delivering leading edge natural language processing software utilized in classified operations with several US Government intelligence agencies.

Karen M. Doherty, President, Co-founder
Ms. Doherty brings to Zenhire over 20 years of domestic and international sales and marketing management experience with information technology, software applications and online recruitment environments. In May, 2000 Ms. Doherty jointed Monster Worldwide as a Regional Vice President of sales. She drove customer acquisition and achieved an incremental revenue contribution of $58 million. Within six months Ms. Doherty was promoted to Senior Vice President of Channels Sales and managed three business units: e-Commerce, Agency Relations and Monster Technology Solutions, a new business unit for Monster. This sales channel contributed over $150 million in sales for Monster Worldwide. In a steadily declining market and while experiencing high customer attrition, she managed to increase revenues by over 10%. She accomplished this through several initiatives:
- Process improvements and exploitation of an online sales model resulted in an increase of 30% in average order size, a reduction of 65% of cost of sales and a 3% increase in customer satisfaction ratings.
- Started Monster Technology Solutions, a new business unit that grew from $0 to $5.5M in new business sales within 9 months. Services included including Professional Services, Applicant Tracking, Career Site Hosting and XML coding.
Ms. Doherty holds a BS in Business Management from Daniel Webster College.
